tagline\/&#8217;Pehle check Karen Phir Vishwas karen&#8217; in respect of detergent powder, soap, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startupwala.com\/trademarks-registration\/search-DELHI-GHARI-1932117\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.startupwala.com\/trademarks-registration\/search-DELHI-GHARI-1932117\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Trademark Ghari<\/strong><\/a>, Gurdeep Singh, J. restrains the Respondent from using, selling, soliciting, exporting, displaying, advertising, or in any other manner or manner dealing with or using the impugned trademark\/label\/punchline\/tagline\/literary work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mouthshut.com\/review\/Ghadi-Detergent-review-tlqmsttlnu\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.mouthshut.com\/review\/Ghadi-Detergent-review-tlqmsttlnu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pehle Check Karen Phir Vishwas Karen<\/a>\u2019 <\/strong>or any other <strong>trademark\/label\/punchline\/tagline\/literary <\/strong>work which is identical and\/or By doing any other act in relation to the business of manufacture, trading, purchase, supply, distribution, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.legaltax.in\/the-searching-procedure-of-an-iec-code-for-a-company-name\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/blog.legaltax.in\/the-searching-procedure-of-an-iec-code-for-a-company-name\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Import and export<\/a><\/strong> of &#8216;first use then trust&#8217; Those who according to them are descriptive and hence, cannot take advantage of the descriptive mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the argument by the defendant that the adoption of a tagline is not identified as their tagline means \u2018first check and then trust\u2019 whereas the tagline of the plaintiff means \u2018first use and then trust\u2019, the court observed that if someone reads in Hindi, it will immediately attract his attention towards the tagline of the plaintiff and only change of one word does not show that tagline\/mark is different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pehle_Istemal_Kare_Phir_Vishwas_kare\"><\/span><strong>Pehle Istemal Kare Phir Vishwas kare<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Court observed that the tagline &#8216;Pehle Check Karen<strong> Phir Vishwas Karen&#8217;
