The Shop and Establishment License is issued to the business, trade, professions registered under the Shop and Establishment Act. Shop and Establishment registration is a state-based registration for every business entity to register under local Government. It is implemented by state governments and have different amendments in different states. Generally, the time limit provided for the registration is 30 days from the date of establishment.
